Dawn started Non-Profit Super Genius to provide affordable, professional consulting for small non-profit businesses.  She has worked with non-profits most of her career and provides the leadership and forward thinking that have helped them achieve their mission goals without breaking the bank.  Dawn comes to Arizona from the Washington, DC CPA firm of Aronson & Company.  She has over thirty years accounting and information technology experience with various accounting software including the Microsoft Dynamics packages, Quickbooks, Quickbooks Advanved Certified Pro Adviser and MAS 90.  As both a user and implementer,  she has specific expertise in the areas of  accounting system design and data conversion. She has served as CFO for several organizations which has given her a unique perspective on the design and use of accounting systems and thus can integrate current accounting functions and procedures efficiently into a technology platform.  Her accounting background coupled with her technical knowledge, provides our clients with access to knowledge and expertise to best utilize their accounting systems.   Dawn is also one of the authors of The Financial Management Handbook for Associations and Nonprofits, published by ASAE and has written job costing applications for the construction industry.
